At Dad Bites, we take great care to ensure that our flavoured makhana products reach you in the best quality and condition. As our products are food items, we follow strict hygiene and safety standards and therefore do not accept returns once the order has been delivered.
Refunds are applicable only in cases where the wrong product has been delivered, the product is damaged during transit, or the product is expired at the time of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, customers must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order along with clear photographs of the product, packaging, and invoice as proof.
Once your refund request is reviewed and approved, the refund amount will be processed to the original mode of payment. The refund process may take 7–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
Dad Bites reserves the right to decline refund requests if the claim does not meet the above conditions or if the request is made beyond the specified timeframe.
