Is it vegan and gluten free?

Yes. There is no dairy and no wheat in any flavour. See the allergen box on the product for the facility note.

Is it roasted or fried?

Roasted, in small batches. That is why there is no palm oil and no greasy finish.

How big is a jar and how many does it serve?

70 g of makhana, 135 g with the jar. That is two to three generous servings.

How should I store it?

Keep the lid tight and the jar away from sunlight. It stays crunchy for weeks once opened.

Can kids eat it?

Yes. Classic Salt & Pepper and Chill-Out Mint are the gentlest for younger kids.
